O-Week starts today,
September 4. Be on campus any time after 10 a.m. The off-campus sophs can't wait to meet you!
Pick up your O-Week pass and join in all the activities. Review the
O-Week 2017 schedule. Stay up to the minute with all O-Week 2017 events and news through the Oohlala App (search for University of Western Ontario).
Parking: Free parking in all parking lots at King's for O-Week events.
Late night shuttle buses: Free shuttles are available for evening travel. Download the Oohlala App for routes and schedules.
Bus pass pick up: an LTC bus pass is included in your students fees (full-time students). Find
bus pass pick-up details. Bring your student card!
Lockers: a limited number of lockers are available in the computer lab adjacent to the Thames Market. Bring your own lock. Day use only.
Western event venues: backpacks are not permitted at Western UC Hill Stage events. Travel light or store your backpack at King's (lockers, or soph storage).

Join the senior administrative team in the Andy & Helen Spriet Learning Commons and Garron Family Learning Lounge as they serve breakfast to welcome first-year students to King's!
The café will serve fair trade and organic coffee and tea, homemade soups, fresh, daily breakfast and lunch sandwiches as well as a variety of baked goods. A TeaBot, a robotic loose-leaf kiosk, will be enjoyed by tea fans.
The café will start service on September 5 in the former site of Tim Hortons.
Contest to name the new café will run from September 5-September 31. The winner will receive a year's worth of Fair Trade Coffee or Tea. Ballots will be accepted at the new café.
Food, servers and musicians needed on Saturday, September 9 from 5 p.m.-7 p.m. or 7 p.m.-9 p.m. to assist at St. Joseph's Hospitality Centre. Donations of healthy snacks, baked goods (store bought or home baked), sandwiches, cheese and fruit can be dropped off Friday in W139.
There are over 20 academic, cultural and social clubs at King's.
