New center opens at Iron Mountain's Butler County facility

Iron Mountain has opened an 11,600-square-foot facility in Butler County that fronts the massive storage complex.

A ribbon cutting for the facility, which is part of Iron Mountain's complex in Boyers, was held Tuesday. Walnut Grill testing new breakfast strategy

Walnut Grill which has grown to seven restaurants with an eighth expected next year in Monroeville, is preparing to serve up breakfast.

UPMC to open $19 million center in Hampton

Health giant UPMC is opening a $19 million, 44,000-square-foot outpatient center in Hampton. 
The three-story building on Mount Royal Boulevard will provide primary care, women's health, pediatric, rehabilitation, radiology and laboratory services, UPMC announced Wednesday in a press release.

Sources: Philadelphia buyer has Federal Home Loan Bank Building under agreement

A Philadelphia firm is closing in on purchasing the Federal Home Loan Bank Building at 601 Grant Street downtown.

Sources familiar with the deal indicate that Sky Management Services LLC has the property under agreement in an agreement that has yet to close. The seller is Grant Street Office Corp., an affiliate of International Association of Sheet Metal, Air, Rail and Transportation Workers . .. Read More.  
Allegheny County D.A. files 34 criminal charges against Latitude 360 owner

The office of Allegheny County District Attorney  Stephen Zappala has filed criminal charges and issued a warrant out for the arrest of Brent Brown, the Moon Township native and founder of the all-in-one entertainment destination Latitude 360 that closed its North Fayette operation last year as the Jacksonville-based venture washed out amid a wave of unpaid debts.

Mike Manko, a spokesperson for the District Attorney's office, said, "the charges are related to him not paying employees when he ceased operations." . .. Read More.
