Another Busy Month For  Allison!

Allison and her boys at the Bromont International

The barn has been full of activity these past few weeks, but Allison wouldn't have it any other way! All of her horses have been feeling fantastic, and their hard work this spring paid off with some incredible performances as the spring season wraps up.

Earlier this month, Allison and her team headed to the Virginia Horse Trials in Lexington, Virginia.  Allison dominated the Intermediate division, riding the Athlone  Anto Syndicate's  Fernhill Casano, the Lord Willing  Syndicate's Lord Willing, and  Gustav Schickendanz's Songline II all to top finishes.

But the real star of the show was   Natalie Epstein's Fairvoya S, who contested her first one-star in the CCI* division and brought home second place! Allison was so impressed with this young mare's performance, and she's definitely marked herself as one to watch in the future.

After Virginia, Allison and her team packed up and made the long trek north to Canada for the Bromont International Horse Trials. She brought along Fernhill Casano and Lord Willing to contest the CCI2*, and both handled the long trip and new atmosphere beautifully. This is one of Allison's favorite events of the season, and as always, the Bromont grounds were fabulous, the weather was beautiful, and the hospitality was unmatched.

The weekend started off with a bang, with both horses putting in excellent dressage tests, and Lord Willing's score of 37.8 left him at the top of the leaderboard heading into cross country, and he hung onto his lead to bring home the win at the end of the weekend ! Fernhill Casano also finished in the top 15 of the large division, and Allison could not have been more proud of both of them. They showed so much class throughout the event, and she is so excited to see what the future holds for them both.

The Business Ben Partnership's Business Ben also had a fantastic month, coming in second in his debut at the Intermediate level at the Waredaca Horse Trials and following that with another top finish at Surefire Horse Trials. Both divisions were incredibly competitive, and Allison was so pleased with how well he handled the higher level of difficulty. He just continues to impress, and the future is looking incredibly bright for this young horse!

As she celebrates her win at Bromont and reflects on the past few months, Allison would like to take a moment to thank her team at Allison Springer Eventing, along with all of her supporters, sponsors, friends, and family for their dedication and passion over the years. None of this would've been possible without each and every one of you!
