The REALTORS® Relief Foundation is accepting contributions to help victims of flooding in Houston, Corpus Christi, and other Texas areas submerged by flood waters from Hurricane Harvey. NAR covers administrative costs of the foundation so 100 percent of contributions go to help victims.

Reminder: Flood Ins. Call for Action
Encourage members who haven't sent a letter to their member of Congress that time is running out for renewal of federal flood insurance. The program is the main provider of flood insurance and it expires at the end of September. Without it, thousands of transactions a day won't be able to close. Some 22,000 communities across the country have flood zones requiring insurance before lenders can provide financing.

Chris Millis Resigns
|
WILMINGTON (September 1, 2017) - "I was surprised to hear that Chris Millis resigned from the State House," said Neal Johnson. WECT-TV broke the story mid-day that Millis was resigning from his position as State Representative for Pender and Onslow Counties. Millis is in his third term of office. In his resignation letter, Millis notes that, "It has been my desire to effectively serve and then step away at the proper time. For me and my family, now is that time."

Johnson continued, "He has been a hard-working public servant, but having children, I understand why he wants to spend more time with his family and we wish him well."
"I've enjoyed the opportunity to collaborate with Realtors® as we've worked together to both protect and develop the coast," said Millis over the phone with staff discussing his resignation.

Apple recently released operating system iOS 10.3.3 for iPhones and iPads. We completed testing of the new iOS with the eKEY app and are happy to announce there are no issues.

We are very excited to announce a new way for an existing eKEY® user to obtain an eKEY authorization code.
Your members that have an eKEY can now request an authorization code from within the eKEY app. This is useful if they are moving their eKEY service to a new phone or if they receive a 9B0D error when the eKEY gets out of sync with the server.
To obtain an eKEY authorization code from Mobile SupraWEB:
1. Select the SupraWEB icon from within the eKEY app (on the 2nd page of icons), or navigate to supraweb.suprakim.com on your smartphone.
2. Enter eKEY serial number. The eKEY serial number can be found at the top of the eKEY home screen.
3. Enter 4-digit PIN.
4. Select the Association/MLS from the dropdown list.
5. Select Login.
6. Select Authorization Code
7. The authorization code will be emailed to the email address on file in SupraNET.

You will be prompted to enter your eKey Serial Number and your 4 digit Pin Code , plus the# sign.
Your eKey Serial Number can be found by opening your eKey App and it will be displayed at the top of the screen.
Press the Red X on your key pad and select Emergency Update Code and enter the update code that you were given by KimWEB.
This will update your key for the next 24 hours.
