Cynthia is the senior strategy director of the Carnegie Climate Geoengineering GovernanceInitiative and a fellow with the Children's Investment Fund Foundation. She comes from a deep faith perspective that informs her work, which previously was with the UN working on Climate Change in the UNFCC negotiations.
