A Massive Thank You

To everyone who has been a part of our Summer Classes, we would like to thank you for your hard work, dedication and most importantly good humour and positivity in class. You have no idea how much you inspire and motivate each other. The camaraderie in class is hard to beat - it's what keeps so many of you running. Keep it up. See autumn timetable.
Chi Running Workshops

Mary's next Running Technique workshops are in Malahide on 29th July and Sandymount on 31st Aug. Booking Essential. Cost €25.

Find out more about what happens at a Chi Running Workshop.

If you cannot make the dates, but would like Mary to come to your club/group for a workshop, drop us a line.

Pop-up Classes

We will take a break from our formal classes in August and instead have a series of pop-up fun classes for our students following on from our glorious pop-up in Dalkey earlier this month. If you are training for Dublin Marathon, best of luck with all the long runs. There are lots of articles up on the website about marathon running, but a nice one for this time of year covers off the long runs and how to make the most of them.
