Being a blessing
Faith, Arlington Heights, IL, held their 11th annual "Back-to-School Day," offering backpacks and school supplies for students in Arlington Heights who come from low income families.

Sharing a blessing
Hope, Hastings, MN received a surprise blessing when an employee of a local Senior Care center stopped by with an abundance of fresh, organic herbs. The Senior Care center had received a donation of the herbs and it was more than what they could use for themselves. The employee did not want the herbs to go to waste and prayed, "Lord, show me who to give these to." The employee drove past Hope and saw that the church had its own garden and thought there might be members, friends or persons at Hope who could use the herbs. God often works through people to shower blessings to others.

Date Night
It was an "epic mystery" for the wives, as Epic Church, Shelby Township, MI, hosted a
Mystery Date Night on August 12, 2017. The Rev. Timothy Kade challenged the husbands to treat their wives to an evening out, keeping everything a secret. The evening was full of surprises as the group first met for dinner and then was off to an "old-time" theatre to watch the movie, "Grease." The Mystery Date night was very well-attended, and everyone had a great time enjoying the blessing of companionship with their own spouses, as well as that of other married couples.
Praying in Color
On Saturday, August 12, 2017, children, teens, men and women (approximately 45 people) had an opportunity to draw closer to God with paper and markers when they attended a Visual Faith Workshop - Praying in Color at Peace, McMurray, PA. During this event, they learned and practiced drawing a new path to their heavenly Father.
