Jim Wachholz is a Managing Director with over 22 years of commercial real estate experience. He is a multi-faceted manager whose platform includes strategic planning, the execution of client strategy, managing large office transactions, corporate headquarter relocations, build-to-suits, dispositions, financial analysis and site selection for both local and national clients. Jim's experience with the different types of organizational structures provides him with a sharp insight of the analysis of the real estate transaction and how to best structure it to complement the organizational structure of the client's company.

John Reynolds is a Director with 34 years of CRE experience. John continually strives to provide the highest level of corporate real estate and tenant advisory services with a focus on office and industrial users. He dedicates himself to developing long-term relationships with his clients as a trusted advisor. He has a broad range of experience including strategic planning for individual requirements and portfolios, lease renewals, restructures and relocations, building purchases and sales, and build-to-suits for lease and purchase.

Olan joined Cushman and Wakefield in early 2016 and provides financial analytics to key brokers / brokerage teams throughout California and the Western Region. His unique investment banking, corporate finance and real estate experience enables him to develop corporate real estate transaction structures that align with his clients' strategic, financial and operational objectives. He provides financial guidance to support executive-level decision making throughout all phases of the real estate project life cycle.
He spent the previous six years at CBRE with his time there split between CBRE's Financial Consulting Group where he worked with the firm's expansive list of corporate clients and the Global Consulting Services group and its Hewlett-Packard global contract. Prior to CBRE, Olan spent time at Liberty-Greenfield LLLP, a corporate real estate advisory firm with offices in Denver, Colorado and Northern California, and at Jones Lang LaSalle as a Vice President in the Corporate Capital Markets Group. Preceding his 12+ year's focus on real estate, Olan worked as a member of the merger and acquisitions team at regional investment banking firm George K. Baum & Company and was also a part of the corporate finance team at Teletech Holdings, Inc., a publicly traded outsourced solutions provider.
