Tue Jul 11 - Ribbon Cutting at 4:00 PM for new Chamber member, Academy of Fine Music, 1244 River Drive, North Sioux City, SD.
Thur Jul 13 - Ground breaking at 10:00 AM for Siouxland Federal Credit Union, 327 Dakota Dunes Blvd., Dakota Dunes, SD. They are breaking ground on their new Dakota Dunes branch.
Thur Jul 13 - Ribbon Cutting at 4:00 PM for Mercy Child Advocacy Center, 701 Jackson St. They are celebrating their new stand alone center. An open house with refreshments will follow the ribbon cutting.
Tue Jul 18 - Ribbon Cutting at 10:00 AM for new Chamber member, Electronic Caregiver, hosted by the Siouxland Chamber of Commerce, 101 Pierce St. 
Wed Jul 19 - Ribbon Cutting at 9:00 AM for new Chamber member, Heartland Coffee & Nosh, at their food truck at the Farmers Market, corner of TriView Ave. and Pearl St.
Thur Jul 20 - Ribbon Cutting at 7:00 PM for Iowa State University Extension and Outreach - Woodbury County, 4728 Southern Hills Dr. This will be a dedication of the Marie Engle Teaching Garden and will be following our July Rush Hour Connect. 
Fri Jul 21 - Ribbon Cutting at 8:00 AM for Walmart, 3101 Floyd Blvd. They are celebrating their recent remodel. Enjoy refreshments and tours following the ribbon cutting.

Thur Jul 13 - Downtown LIVE Concert Series brought to you by Fridays on the Promenade, 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM on the lawn of the Sioux City Public Museum at 4th and Nebraska Streets.  Grab your friends, some lawn chairs and come listen to some first class LIVE entertainment. Thur Jul 13 - Peirce Mansion Open House/Jackson Street Walking Tour, at the Peirce Mansion, 2901 Jackson St. 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM - Explore the beautifully restored 1893 mansion; 7:00 PM to 8:15 PM - A half-mile tour of the historic street beginning and ending at the Peirce Mansion. This year there are three ways to participate: stop in at any Siouxland Dairy Queen and order your favorite blizzard; pre-order your blizzards or purchase a coupon to make any day through the end of the year Miracle Treat Day. Sat Jul 29- Siouxland BIKE-N-BITE, sponsored by Iowa State University Extension and Outreach - Woodbury County, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Bike around Siouxland tasting free samples of locally-grown food prepared by area restaurants, vendors and shops. The event begins at the Sioux City Farmers Market and ends at the Sioux City Public Museum. Find out more here.
Mon Aug 7 - Will Golf for Food, charity golf event benefiting the Food Bank of Siouxland at Whispering Creek Golf Club. Limited team and sponsor opportunities available. Shot gun start at 12:00 Noon. Find out more here.
