Provider Spotlight: Mobina Mallick, Family Child Care Provider
T echnology Impacts Idea Sharing
Mobina Mallick is a family child care provider located in Bear, DE. Mobina had several children age out of her program giving her more time to reflect on her own strengths and areas for growth. Mobina talked with her Technical Assistant (TA) about learning Microsoft PowerPoint and chose to use this technology to create a presentation for her next educational family event.

Mobina worked with her TA to create a PowerPoint presentation on "Activities for Children on Long Car Rides," which she plans to share next spring in preparation for families' summer vacations. Additionally, she has started working on another presentation topic "Bringing Montessori Home," to share with new families who have children enrolling this fall. Mobina's motivation to learn something new and improve her practice is an inspiration!

Interested in learning how to create your own PowerPoint Presentation? Here are some great resources that can walk you through the process. Talk with your TA about other ways that you may be able to use this technology in your program.
