I believe we resolved most of the kinks on our website. The most common issue we have come across is customers trying to use their login from our previous site. Please note that a new user name and password must be created. Another question that has come up is what happened to previous rewards points. Unfortunately, we lost all of that information when our old website crashed. However, we are rewarding everyone who registers on our site, 100 points to start off with.
