Global Citizen Corporate Commitments 
 
WEConnect International recently announced at the Global Citizen Festival in Hamburg, Germany that Intel, IBM and Pfizer have pledged to spend an additional $300 million with women-owned businesses over the next three years. All three corporations are members of WEConnect International and are dedicated to global supplier diversity and inclusion and women's empowerment.

Great opportunities for Women's Entrepreneurship!

World Bank President Jim Yong Kim was on the stage at the G20 Summit with Ivanka Trump and other government leaders to formally roll out the Women Entrepreneurs Finance Initiative ("We-Fi"), a World Bank facility focused on promoting women's entrepreneurship in developing countries.

Expansion of WEConnect International in Southeast Asia

WEConnect International is pleased to introduce its new outreach and events manager based in Singapore,   Janice Tham . With Janice's help, WEConnect International will be organizing activities in Vietnam, Indonesia, Singapore and elsewhere in the Asia Pacific, as well as managing communications for women-owned businesses in the region.
