July 20, 2017

An overview of last night's updates is below:

Reporting:
  • The Personal Profile Form now pulls Phone Numbers with a Type of "Other".
  • You now have the ability to set your Default Login Page to the main Reports page.
  • A Workflow's Category is now included in the export option available from the main Workflows page.
  • The Notes by Contact Report will no longer display Note drafts.
  • We've added a "Portfolio Withdrawals Report (All Non-Closed Accounts)", to match the other Account Report options.
  • Note comments are now included on single Note PDFs, the Notes by Contact Report and other PDF Note Reports, with the exception of the Deleted Notes Report.
  • Activity Reports now display Linked Contact Suffixes, i.e., Jr., III, etc., so as to avoid generational and/or designation confusion.
  • The Category filter is now working for the Contacts NOT Permissioned Report.

Integrations:
  • Our integration with MoneyGuidePro now offers an additional setting that will allow you to grant other database users (and switch-in database users) the authorization to "impersonate" you when using the Send To and/or Single Sign On features of the integration. Note: if you are a single advisor, single assistant office, you'd have no need to adjust these settings. They will primarily be of benefit to multi-advisor, single assistant or similar offices.
  • We've addressed an issue affecting some MarketingPro users where they received a 500 error when attempting to create a MarketingPro document for a contact from within the CRM.
  • We've added a Rep selection option for the account opening component of the TCA integration.

Workflows:
  • When viewing the "Create New Workflow" modal from a contact record, after selecting a Workflow Template from the first menu, the Workflow Name field updates. If you go back and select a different Workflow Template, that Workflow Name field was not updating to reflect your new selection, but instead stubbornly clinging to your initial choice. We've resolved this issue.
  • Workflow Step Notes now display time as date/time rather than in words, i.e., "three months ago".

Activities / Calendar:
  • When hovering your cursor over an Activity's Linked Attendees on the Activities widget, the Linked Attendees tooltip is now displaying.
  • We fixed a 500 Error that occurred when attempting to print a Week View for any week that includes an Activity that stretches across multiple days in following weeks.
  • The Assignee tooltip for Pending Activities on a Contact Record no longer displays HTML in addition to Assignee name(s).

Miscellaneous:
  • On the modal for Keyword application to a contact, we've combined the best parts of how this was handled in Tailwag 1.0 (all currently assigned Keywords indicated) and Tailwag 2.0 (no manual typing of Keywords required, but rather just ticking off a box). Also, the modal will now display "available" rather than "existing" keywords. A subtle distinction, to be sure, but an important one.
  • When clicking "Manage My Subscription" as a Database Owner, the page will now open in a new tab, so that you can easily return to your CRM from this page.
  • We've added the ability to search BICE dates from Advanced Search.
  • When changing a Family Name, the change is now reflected dynamically onscreen without requiring a manual refresh.
  • We've added a link to sign up for Redtail's monthly newsletter from the Help menu within the CRM.

As always, you can keep up with ongoing updates to Redtail by checking our regularly updated Release Notes page here.

Hope you're having a great day!
