HMMH Announces Recent Promotions

HMMH is pleased to announce the recent promotions of Jessica L. Cohen and Adam R. Scholten to Senior Consultant.

Jessica Cohen has a proven track record of solving challenging problems under stringent budget and time constraints while maintaining the highest levels of quality and client satisfaction. She has been instrumental in documentation, technical writing and editing, data analysis and reporting, and research and noise modeling for a variety of aviation noise, planning, and environmental projects. Her work has focused on noise, airport stakeholder engagement, research on best practices/guidebooks on various subjects, and renewable energy.

Gene Reindel, Aviation Group Leader, said, "Jessica sets new standards of excellence and demonstrates tremendous potential. She serves our clients with the highest level of professionalism and commitment."

Adam Scholten works on a variety of projects for Federal and airport clients at HMMH. He specializes in noise modeling, airspace analysis, and flight procedure analysis using the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) Aviation Environmental Design Tool (AEDT), Integrated Noise Model (INM), and the Department of Defense Noisemap modeling software suites. Drawing upon his experience as a pilot and former air traffic controller, he is responsible for the creation, development, and modification of relational databases to provide accurate simulation of aircraft flight patterns used to predict effects on the noise environment from civil and military aircraft flight operations.

"I am pleased to promote Adam to the position of Senior Consultant at HMMH," said Kurt Hellauer, HMMH's Director of Federal Programs. "With a unique and valued combination of technical skills, Adam consistently meets commitments made to our clients for high-quality work."

We congratulate Jessica and Adam on their promotions and wish them continued success at HMMH!
