Avocado Demand Exceeds Supplies.

Market prices made big increases at the end of last week due to higher field prices and lighter supplies from all countries of origin. This week's pricing will reflect these increases.

  

  

California - Domestic crop is 95% harvested with limited supplies. Useable volume is expected to be done by mid-August.

  

Mexico - Summer crop is slowing down and limited supplies will have to carry us through August. This new crop fruit will take longer to ripen.

  

Peru - Volume has been dropping and they will be this month.
