Tomorrow is July 4th.  A time for picnics, friends and fireworks.

  

Let's not forget that it is the anniversary of the founding of our great country, the United States of America.  Let's not forget those folks with a vision of a country run by its citizens with leaders elected by those citizens who can be removed by its citizens peacefully through the ballot box. 

  

A strange concept, even today, where most leaders in the world come to power and stay in power by force with little regard for their citizens. 

   

It is even more important for citizens to not to be tempted by a government slowly taking power from the citizenry in the name of safety, security, fairness and numerous other reasons seemingly well intentioned reasons.  Let us do our part to allow the US to stand strong for another 241 years.

  

It takes work and it takes commitment from each of us blessed to live here.
