Team Member Spotlight
Julie has been at Car Craft for 29 years! This loyal gal works here as an insurance claims coordinator. That's fancy terms for 'she handles everything from soup to nuts when your truck comes in after an accident'. Garnering police reports, keeping in touch with the claims adjuster, and making sure the claim gets paid are all part of her day to day. Most important is her role in keeping you informed as she works through the claim. Julie shares her secret for being with the same company for so long, "I love working with a bunch of great people" she says. Julie lives here in Staten Island, is a huge Giants fan and likes to vacation in Florida.
