It seems like every day there is another fantastic wedding vendor available for you to choose from. So how do you decide which vendor would be perfect for your wedding? A sure fire way to make sure you are picking an amazing wedding vendor is to read reviews! 

Reviews can be found in many places. Some couples decide to leave reviews on wedding websites like Wedding Wire or B orrowed and Blue. Usually you can find some Google reviews, though those are usually few. Most couples tend to leave reviews on the vendor's Facebook page.  

Make sure you find recent reviews and keep in mind that a vendor is not going to make everyone happy. There are going to be some reviews that aren't 5 stars. And that's ok! But find out why they didn't give that vendor 5 stars. Does this seem to be a trend? You can learn so much from a review!

Congratulations on your engagement! By now you're probably starting to learn the different pricing for various vendors. But how do you know if the price a vendor offers you is a fair price? Really the answer to this is to shop around and get a few quotes. Don't settle on just one quote from one vendor. The important thing to keep in mind is what you're getting for that price. Does the quote from a photographer include an engagement session? How many hours of service does that price from the DJ get you? Compare, compare, compare. Of course you should pick the vendor that is going to give you an amazing quality, but also make sure you're getting the services you want for that cost.

Having a range allows for incidentals you didn't prepare for so you're not hit with a last minute necessary purchase that throws you off budget.
