River Woods Place has been a member of the Manitowoc community for more than a decade and a part of Enlivant for more than three years.
Enlivant is one of the nation's largest owners and operators of senior living communities. It operates approximately 230 senior living communities, representing 11,000 apartment units across 27 states. Recently, the company added 48 new communities, expanding the size of the business by nearly 40 percent.
