In a few days it'll be independence day - a day where the United States celebrates its freedom as an independent nation. 

In celebration of  freedom, this month's Step 2 is a free write. Usually, journaling has us consciously examine our thoughts, feeling, and experiences. Use this as an opportunity to  discover what's going on with your sub-conscious.

Step 2 Journaling Exercise

Free writing  is a  technique in which a person writes continuously for a set period of time without regard to spelling, grammar, or topic. It can be liberating not to have to come up with specific ideas!
