Total Cost of Ownership for Travel, Meetings, Payment & Expense (TCO-TMPE)SM
A Fundamentally Innovative and Disruptive Approach to Program Optimization
How is your program building a long-term strategy to mitigate these trends?
  • Sellers' Market - Can your program absorb an expected 2-4% global cost increase?
  • Lack of Oversight - 11% of spend not using contracted rates; 29% of spend executed outside of policy
  • Diminishing Returns - Mature programs unable to drive incremental sourcing cost take outs

  • Hidden Spend - 8-23% of program spend not visible - people, process, technologies
World class programs, whether $1M or $1B in spend, are leveraging TCO-TMPE to convert these issues into opportunities as they integrate and optimize their programs to drive results:

* Cost Take Out & Program Savings
* Superior User Acceptance
* Improved Risk Management
Enhanced Reporting & Oversight
* Abillity to quickly scale program
