With the growing need of Agility, DevOps is becoming more and more relevant for IT Service Management (ITSM), this event helps you to understand What is DevOps and how does it help ITSM.

Rama has 24 years of experience covering Service Management, Transition & Transformation Management, Delivery Assurance, Business Analysis, Training, Technical Support, and Software Development. He is now working with Gemalto, taking care of Program delivery and Operational efficiency and managing Service Improvement Programs etc. Earlier to this role, Rama also successfully implemented Incident, Problem and Change management process for Gemalto. He also worked with bluechip companies like IBM, CSC M1 Ltd.
Rama is currently Vice President for PMI Singapore Chapter, and was the Past President of itSMF Singapore Chapter.

His work has a strong focus in user empathy, innovation, simplification with all stakeholders and across different line of businesses.

Nithin is a certified Project Manager working with Panasonic in Singapore. He has been working for last 17 years in various industries namely Mechanical Engineering, Chemical, Manufacturing, Semiconductors. His area of IT expertise is SAP, Lotus Notes and Dot Net applications. His core strengths range from Business Processes mapping to IT change Management.
He is a SAP certified SCM consultant. He is a successful SAP trainer and an associate lecturer at UniSIM. He is also a board member in Singapore PMI chapter.
