Caroline Adams and Oakleigh Farm Join Forces with Beverly Equestrian

Beverly Equestrian is very pleased to welcome new resident trainer and rider Caroline Adams of Oakleigh Farm. Caroline has been a professional for over 15 years and has worked with world-class horsemen including Chuck Keller, Bill Moroney and Joe Fargis. This exciting partnership creates a new full-service program at Beverly Equestrian managed by Caroline for athletes hoping to compete at premier hunter/jumper horse shows. Caroline will be supplementing our existing program, which includes lessons and local showing on Beverly owned horses with trainers Kristin Campbell and Laura Hennessey. Beverly Equestrian is pleased to be able to provide this full range of training services for new and current clients, whether they are just starting out or accomplished competitors. Riders Earn Top Honors at Loudoun Benefit, Sandstone, TWA and Surefire Horse Shows

Congratulations to all of our athletes on a great weekend! Avery Valentine and Tangled Up in Blue won the Large Children's Pony Hunter over fences and were second in the MHSA Children's Pony Medal and third in the Virginia Bred Pony over fences class at Loudoun Benefit Horse Show .

At
Sandstone Farm , Nadia Galisky and Beverly's Mono were Long Stirrup Hunter champions, with Katy Riechers and Beverly's Café picking up the reserve championship. Marissa Jacquemin and Unanimous earned the Limit Hunter Rider championship. In the Benefit Hunter, Brooke Ballhaus on Dr. MC V and Nicole Stetson on Reveille each picked up top ribbons.

Beverly Equestrian Founder Darrin Mollet had her own top results at the Surefire Horse Trials where Beverly's Get Even won his division on his dressage score.


During the TWA Hunter Show in Warrenton trainer Kristin Campbell earned the Low Hunter championship and Pleasure Hunter reserve championship with our sale horse Tazzmania. Brooke Ballhaus and Dr. MC V scored the Limit Hunter Championship after winning both of their over fences classes. Marissa Jacquemin and Unanimous also earned top ribbons in the Limit Hunter as well as the Adult Equitation.

Thank you to the coaches, grooms and everyone who came out to support our team. We are so proud of all of the hard work our riders have put in to earn these great results in the show ring.

Beverly Polo Scores Twilight Polo Victory

On Saturday, June 17, Beverly Polo made its third appearance of the season during Twilight Polo at Great Meadow. Facing a very strong Polo Yacht Club team captained by Scott Gray, Beverly fell behind early in the match, but the team was able to narrowly come out on top 11-8 after two 2-point goals by Tolito Ocampo who captained the Beverly team. Dave Tafuri added a goal in the final chukker to help seal the win. Beverly Polo's Shazzam, from Cria Yatay, was named Best Playing Pony. On June 23, Beverly Polo won a hard fought match against BBX in the semi finals of the Banbury Cross June 6-Goal Tournament. Beverly has now advanced to the finals, which will take place on July 1.
Upcoming Events for Beverly Equestrian

Beverly Equestrian's Legends Series will continue through the summer and fall. Linda Zang, a former international dressage competitor and one of only a few "O" FEI judges in the United States, will return on June 29th for her monthly clinic sessions. Former Olympian and U.S. Show Jumping Chef d'Equipe George H. Morris will return to Beverly Equestrian September 12-14 for his annual hunter/jumper clinic. For more information click here.
 
Great Meadow International CICO3* will be coming up in just two short weeks, hosting the United States only FEI Eventing Nations Cup.
 
Beverly Equestrian will also be attending HITS Culpeper, Sandstone VHSA shows, and Twilight Jumpers this summer.
