Graduation 2017 Edition
Congratulations, John Jay High School's Class of 2017! 

John Jay High School's 2017 Commencement was held in the Venetian Theater at Caramoor on Tuesday, June 20.

Valedictorian Sophie Lee and Salutatorian Greg Kaplan spoke, as well as Dr. Steven Siciliano, Principal of John Jay High School, among others. All three of John Jay's a cappella groups performed, and the Key of Knowledge was officially passed on to the Class of 2018.  


John Jay Middle School's 8th Grade Moving Up Ceremony

On Wednesday, June 21, two-hundred and eighty-eight eighth-graders celebrated the completion of middle school at a ceremony at John Jay Middle School. 

Members of the school's a cappella group, Not2#, sang the "Star Spangled Banner," and the school orchestra performed "Seasons of Love."  Principal Rich Leprine spoke about the legacy of John Jay, and Assistant Principal Lisa Kor offered remarks on the good things the future holds. 


Fifth Graders Move Up 

All three of KLSD's elementary schools held 5th Grade Moving Up Ceremonies on Thursday, June 22. 

Increase Miller Elementary School's ceremony featured a performance of "For Good" by the fifth grade chorus.  HIGHLIGHTS HERE

Katonah Elementary School's ceremony included a extraordinary video of the fifth graders through the years. HIGHLIGHTS HERE

Meadow Pond Elementary School's ceremony ended with a reception at John Jay High School. HIGHLIGHTS HERE
