"Blessings" to Ware Starts Now!
|
|
At Longview EPC we have the honor of providing weekend meals for children in need at Ware Elementary School.
Only $80 will provide one child with nine non-perishable food items for each weekend of the 2017-2018 school year. If you are willing to sponsor one (or more) children, please send your donation to Longview EPC and write “Blessings” in the memo line. We are asking the Lord to provide enough money by the end of August to bless as many as 100 children!
Also, we need people to pack bags each week. Will you consider grabbing an old friend or making a new one by serving with another person through this ministry? If so, simply contact Terrye Hudson to reserve your spot today!

I want to say thank you for all of the love and support that I have received as I graduate high school. I am excited about my move to San Marcos to attend Texas State in the fall. For some of y'all, I have known you my entire life, and for others, I may just be a familiar face. Either way, the church, as a whole, has been there for me. Not only emotionally, but spiritually as well and I can't thank you guys enough. Please continue to pray for me as I head off to college. Pray that the Lord will guide me as I leave my family, both at home and in the church. Thank you guys so much.

Dear EPC Church Family,
We want to thank you for journeying with us through the last several months of eager anticipation of Levi and Lydia. Your prayers have kept us uplifted and encouraged through any and all uncertainties. Thanks be to God our babies were born healthy and strong!
Since their births, your delicious meals, visits, and kind words have kept us nourished both physically and spiritually. We also thank everyone for their thoughtful gifts for Lydia, Levi and Elijah.
We are deeply grateful for our church family.
Love,
