Lawyers and judges across the legal community are invited to participate in this interactive discussion about the implications of domestic violence, safety and accountability in court interventions.
We're so pleased to host our presenter,
Jennifer Arsenian, J.D., who is the Senior Program Manager for the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges. Ms. Arsenian will lead session participants to identify and address the process victims experience in deciding whether to separate from their batterers and/or disclose abuse, as well as the factual circumstances that support a range of access/parenting plans available to address the particular circumstances presented by litigants.
The training is presented by the YWCA Central Alabama, One Place Family Justice Center, and the Birmingham Volunteer Lawyers Program.
