Health+Accel, presented by GuideWell Innovation, is a five-day event that facilitates the innovation of Aging Well solutions and prepares entrepreneurs for success by combining powerful market insights, meaningful business coaching and strategy, and access to a network of influential executives and innovators.

After a four-day workshop, participants in Health+Accel compete in a pitch competition for a $20,000 cash prize in front of potential investors.

CRC Town Hall  Luncheon

The Child Rescue Coalition invites you to join them on Aug 10 for their Town Hall Luncheon.

The event is sponsored by the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office and will feature a demo of their CPS technology that is being used world-wide

Venture Company Highlights
Two Degrees & Videopura
Selected as Cade Prize Finalists
Two Degrees and Videopura, incoming Venture Class 5 companies, are finalists in the 8th Annual Cade Prize competition. The start-ups beat out hundreds of applicants to make the top 16.

The Cade Prize is one of the largest cash prize competitions for innovation in the state of Florida. Open only to Florida residents and Florida based companies, the Cade Prize awards a $50,000 cash prize (provided by the Community Foundation of North Central Florida) along with in-kind incentives to the winner of the competition each year. 

Four of the 16 companies will be selected on July 31 to compete for the grand prize. Learn more about the finalists here.

Child Rescue Coalition Receives $30,000 in Grants
The Child Rescue Coalition has been awarded $30,000 in grants from the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office Law Enf orcement Trust Fund and the Broward County Sheriff's Office Law Enforcement Trust Fund.

The Child Rescue Coalition partners with law enforcement and child advocates around the world to shield, rescue, and safeguard children from sexual exploitation.

The non-profit will use the grant money to enhance their existing technology, support volunteer initiatives and provide law enforcement investigators with leading-edge technology.

Aquaco Farms Breaks Ground
Aquaco Farms, a Venture Class 4 company, continues to make substantial progress building their  commercial aquaculture facility.

The company is designed to be one of the largest Florida Pompano grow-out facilities in the world and will provide a sustainable, highly sought after commodity in the seafood industry.
