Hostmark Sidewalk Improvements |
|
The Hostmark Sidewalk Improvement Project is located south of North Kitsap High School on the south side of Hostmark Street. The project created approximately 40 linear feet of new sidewalk to improve pedestrian connectivity along the Hostmark corridor. Additionally, the project added ADA ramps and a driveway approach that connects to the footpath access trail leading to the Austurbruin neighborhood.

Police Department News

In an effort to combat the drug use in Poulsbo, the Mayor, Public Works, and the Police Department are requesting that city workers who find needles or drug paraphernalia call 911 and report the information as a non emergency. In addition, please do not give money to panhandlers on roadways.
The Take a Picture: Be a Hero program is also being implemented by the Police Department. The PPD is requesting that suspicious photos be emailed to the Department to [email protected]. |

Parks and Recreation |
Poulsbo Parks and Recreation is continuing into the early winter with a variety of programs and events for all age groups.
They have classes, workshops, and programs ranging from Christmas Themed Wall Hangings to Ballerina Holiday Day Camps!

On Friday, the parade leaves Poulsbo Yacht Club at 7:00pm and winds around Liberty Bay. On Saturday, the parade light ups Agate Pass then onto Port Madison at approximately 6:30pm before ending on the west side of Point Bolin by 9:00pm. |
