After a couple of weeks of chaos and confusion, we are working out the website glitches. It takes time for all of us to get used to something new. Thank you to everyone who pointed out some of the issues we are having. Our team has been diligently working to fix everything that has come up. Keep letting us know of any problems you may have encountered. The most frequent question I have been asked is "what happened to my rewards points; are you using them anymore?" I have posd that question to our web designer and he is trying to figure out if/how it is possible to add it to our website. After that is completed, we will see if we can transfer points over from the old website. It is important for everyone to create a new account. There are two ways of doing that; first, your can scroll down to the bottom of the home page and there is a link to create your account, secondly, after you put items in your cart and are ready to check out, there is a prompt to create your account.
In the meantime, we ask for your patience and feedback. While we work on the issues, sit back and have a nice cold glass of iced coffee.
