If you or someone you know would like to learn more about membership at VRBC, the Explore Membership Dinner is the best way to find out what VRBC is all about!  After sharing a good meal and getting to know each other, church leaders will talk about what it means to be a VRBC member. Dinner is free, and childcare is available, if reserved in advance. 

Here are some of the benefits of becoming a church member: 
  • Relationship and Community: Church members pledge mutual support to one another, so the relationships you make are tied together in a deeper, more meaningful way.

A SUMMER FAVORITE RETURNS: "ROOTED"
NEW TEACHING SERIES BEGINS JULY 23

"Biblically Rooted" is one of VRBC's core values--we want everything we do, both personally and collectively, to be "rooted" in God's Word. Just as the roots of a tree provide stability and nourishment, we believe being rooted in Scripture helps us stay firmly planted where God wants us. By sinking our roots down deep into God's Word, we can grow into the people He wants us to be.

"Rooted" will be a four-week sermon series, and just like in past years, it promises to be a summer favorite! As before, we'll focus on a specific passage of Scripture that provides spiritual stability and nourishment, and we'll be challenged to memorize that Scripture. Join us as we commit together to be more biblically rooted!

Even if you were able to attend VRBC Summer Bash on June 25, make sure to watch the video recap of this awesome event, which included 28 people making a public profession of their faith in Jesus Christ through the waters of baptism! 

You will see people not only from our church, but from all over our community, who attended Summer Bash to hear the VRBC Student Ministry sing worship songs and share stories from their recent 86:12 mission trip to Kansas City and, of course, to watch our outdoor baptism celebration!
