Our Two Rabbits
 
Have you ever noticed an unusually dark rabbit skulking in the grass at the edge of the woods near one of our wetlands? It looks different from the common cottontail rabbits that frequent our lawns and grassy roadsides - shorter ears, besides its much darker color.

Our limited supply of solar viewing glasses is no longer available.  The glasses will be available for pick up on  Monday the 21st at 1 p.m. to those on the list.

Friendly Reminder
Friendly Reminder: When entering the community, each car needs to use their own key fob to lift the security arm when entering. The security arm in the front and rear gates are set on a timer to allow one car per fob use. If you have guests or service vehicles scheduled to visit, please use the appropriate protocol and remind your guests to utilize the Guard at the FRONT gate. Cars also need to wait their turn for either the code box or the Guard to let them in. Thank you for your cooperation.
Golf Cart Policy
Golf Cart Policy Update:

The golf cart policy has been updated, click here to view. Registration for all golf carts is required and began on Friday, August 4. Please see the resident service desk attendant to get registered and obtain your golf cart decal.

You don't want to miss our 3rd Annual Cruise in Car Show!We are currently looking for car registrations. You can register your car at the Resident Services Desk. Car registrations are open to Victoria Gardens residents and their guests. However, the $50 Gas Card Raffle can only be won by a registered resident. Remember - This is NOT a classic car show. This is for all who LOVE their car and want to show it off!
The fun doesn't stop at the cars on display!

Swingin' with the Big Band
Who's Ready to Swing with the Big Band?

 Swing'n with the Big Band, Saturday, October 21, at the Bob Carr Theater.  The show starts at 7:30 p.m.  and tickets are $45 per person which includes bus transportation and admission to the show. We need a minimum of 30 people for this trip.

Chavurah Dinner
This year our Chaverah dinner will be held on a Monday night, September 18.  Dinner will still be $15.00 per person including tax and tip. The menu has not changed.
We will have:
 
Matzoh Ball Soup or salad (choose one)
Brisket 
Chicken (choose white or dark meat)
Salmon
All come with potatoes and Green Beans
Dessert

We hope you will be able to join us and if you know of any new neighbors who might enjoy our group, please let them know.

Oil Painting with Gary Sisco
New Oil Painting Class Info

A new oil painting class will be starting Thursday, September 7th.

1) Oil painting Class will be for 6 weeks, starting Sept 7, only those that will commit to attend all classes need enroll.
2) Space in the class is limited. All must sign up in the activity book.
3) All skill levels from novice to expert are invited.
4) No cost for a professional art instruction but must bring your own supplies and materials.

A copy of the supply list will be in the activity book.
