Freshman Parent Coffee
A message from the Trinity Club Co-Presidents
On behalf of the Trinity Parent Club, welcome to the Bishop Chatard family!
Please join us at the Freshman Parent Coffee after dropping your student off at Orientation. We will be gathering inside the football stadium near the concession stand. Please park in any available parking spot. We look forward to you meeting other freshman parents and will be available for any questions you may have on this momentous day.  Thank you for entrusting your freshman, and your family, to our community.

Back-to-School Information
An email was sent on July 28 with important Back-to-School information, including news about PowerSchool registration, Tuition and Financial Aid, School Pictures and Campus Ministry. To refer back to that email and information, click here

Have you created your MyMealTime account yet? This is a quick and easy way to ensure that your student's school meal account is funded. Click here to read more about breakfast and lunch options in the BCHS cafeteria, as well as cost and payment options.
Morning Drop-off
Crittenden Ave. becomes very busy during morning drop-off. Christ the King begins their school day at 7:45 a.m. and BCHS begins at 7:50 a.m., meaning traffic will be heavy from approximately 7:30 - 7:50 a.m.

To alleviate congestion, if you are dropping off your student on Crittenden Ave. please drive as far south as possible on Crittenden Ave. before stopping for your student to exit. You must pull past the entrance to the Christ the King Church parking lot. Students may enter the building via Door 4, which faces Crittenden at the south end of the school building.

Drop-off may also take place in the BCHS parking lot. Parents who will be heading east on Kessler Blvd. after drop-off are encouraged to exit the lot using the right-turn only exit onto Kessler Blvd. Others can exit at the south end of the the lot.

Thank you for your assistance as we strive to ensure the safety of all students.
Social Services at Bishop Chatard
Bishop Chatard's Social Worker, Becky Wilde, is in the building on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays during the school year. Her office is located on the 2nd floor of the St. Benedict Center. During the 2017-2018 school year, there will be a 2nd-year MSW student from IUPUI completing her practicum placement joining Mrs. Wilde at Bishop Chatard.

Parents, guardians, school staff, and students may refer someone to Mrs. Wilde. Please be aware that students may refer themselves to the social worker without prior consent of a parent or guardian.  Parents or guardians will be notified if a referral is made by the school staff or if a referral relates to a serious nature. Parents or guardians may also contact the social worker directly if the parent/guardian does not want his/her child to receive services of the social worker and/or the MSW student.

For more information on services provided or referral information please visit the social services page here
