Moving forward.
It's not a time to stay stagnant.
Even though we may feel that everything around us is not moving.
We have done our reevaluating, and now it's time to make a decision.
Also,
are people around you, pushing your buttons?
Accusations?
Condemnation?
Betrayal?
We may be faced with these "triggers" to help us make decisions in our own best interest.
What are you doing or creating, that needs your integrity?
Who are you and how do you want to be perceived?
Don't let others' lack or frustrations become yours!
Name the injustice in your head, and act according to your integrity.
No need for explanations.
You don't need to sugar coat it. Just make the decision and move on.
As a matter of fact.
When we choose to explain away our feelings to others, we put ourselves in harms way. Looking for others' validation. But, you are sabotaging yourself.
Don't give up your power to those who want to take it away!
Keep your reasons to yourself and like a stern and confident business person, get it done!
Don't talk yourself out of it. You will feel a sense of strength and power just by taking ownership and deciding.
Spirit is on your side!
Triggers are only a way for our spirit to get our attention to what is important.
God is always in the details!!

Group Energy Healing Meditation (Quan Yin's Lavender Flame)

Kundalini Reiki is a 3 level energy healing system which can provide the practitioner with both energy healing as well as spiritual growth. (Levels 2 & 3 utilize both universal life force energy as well as kundalini energy allowing for the potential kundalini awakening and spiritual development.)
