AUGUST 2017

We're enjoying a busy summer at Lark, SouthpawSlab Sandwiches + Pie! Read on for our latest news and lots of upcoming events.

LARK
Our new online reservation system, Reserve, has been working like a charm! Now guests have a few online options for booking a table at Lark, through our website, the Reserve website or by using the Reserve app. Of course, you can also give us a call at (206) 323-5275. If the online reservation systems say we're full, our hosts can often manage to find you a seat if you call us directly.

Southpaw
The food at this year's Bumbershoot Festival is going to be fantastic! Southpaw is thrilled to be included in the B-EATS line-up of Seattle restaurants feeding the fans during this epic weekend. Do you have your tickets?

In other pizza news, Southpaw is now offering a gluten-free pizza crust! We've been working on this recipe for a while and we're pretty dang proud of it. It's chewy and delicious, and crisps up beautifully in the wood-fired oven. Come in soon to give it a try, and tell your gluten-free friends!

SLAB SANDWICHES + PIE
We're happy to announce that we're adding weekend hours for Slab!  Starting on August 19, Slab will be open everyday, 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.   Slab will have two additional breakfast sandwiches on offer on the weekends: one with hanger steak, chimichurri, and a fried egg, and a one with chorizo scrambled eggs and padrone peppers.  Our weekday  menu is getting some new additions, too. Slab will offer  Lark's crispy French fries with grilled scallion aioli as well as a f arro salad with seasonal vegetables. These changes take effect Saturday, August 19.
