JULY HIGHLIGHTS
Third Annual GrapeVine Conference

Earlier this week, we hosted the Third Annual GrapeVine Conference at the Sheraton Madison Hotel. With more than 50 attendees and nearly 20 speakers, GrapeVine partners enjoyed two days packed with learning, networking, and fun! They were trained on three new units: Breast Cancer, Better Brain Health, and Self-Care, learned how to deliver health information via book club, and had access to statewide exhibitors and speakers.

We thank everyone who made the conference a success, and we are eager to see how our GrapeVine partners use the training and resources they received to reach women in their communities with health information.
Increasing Multiple Sclerosis Awareness

In 2017, WWHF has increased efforts to promote multiple sclerosis (MS) awareness. Through different initiatives, we hope to educate about MS and its impact on women and also increase awareness and availability of MS resources and support. During the last couple of months, we:
  • recorded our second MotherPod episode related to MS and motherhood,
