Fall Program Planned For Family Care/IRIS Transition
The Arc Dane County is planning several sessions to help you transition your loved one to Family Care or IRIS.  There is a lot of information you need to know that will slowly be parceled out by the State Department of Health Services.  They will oversee the program.  We will be sharing relevant and timely information to help you act in the best interest of your loved one and meet the needs unique to your family member.  There will be at least one day-time program and one or two evening programs in early October.  Watch for details and date coming soon.
