The MAPS MCRC Community Clinic will be open on
8/20 from 10AM-1PM and is now taking appointments.
To schedule an appointment please email us at [email protected] with the following information:
1) First and Last name of patient
2) Birth-date
3) Brief reason for the appointment (i.e. wellness exam, medication refill, etc.)
4) Preferred appointment time-- please note that the first appointment will be for 10AM and the last will be at 12:30PM for all of the providers.
Additionally, we have now started offering lab tests at the clinic. By doing so, we hope to improve continuity of care between all of our patients and healthcare providers.
We highly recommend scheduling an appointment, although we will try to accommodate everyone. As usual, all are welcome.
