PTF Corner

PTF is a volunteer organization that facilitates and executes several of the school events.   We need many hands and many hearts to make each event a success.  We have a   volunteer form that can be filled out and turned into your teacher or office.   Volunteering is a rewarding experience and a great way to meet parents, students, and staff.  The needs range from sending paper goods for luncheons to serving donuts on Grandparent s  Day to assisting with sponsored events. We have an opportunity that is convenient for you.  Please join us in  support of our students, teachers and school.
  • The first PTF meeting of  the year is Tuesday, September 12th at 6:30 PM.   Dinner and childcare are provided and we would love to see you there!  Please see the attached invitation for more details.
  •  We have also included a PTF flyer that provides a little more information on PTF and some very important dates for upcoming events.
  • Everyone has been asking and Yes, we still have a few NCA Tumblers for sale AND they are classroom approved!  If you are interested in purchasing a tumbler, please text 817-988-4003 or e-mail [email protected].

We are looking forward to a very exciting year of fellowship, family and fun!

Gate Fees

At NCA we collect a gate fee for Football, Volleyball and Basketball games. The fees we collect pay for game officials for the entire year. Due to increased official prices, the last couple of years the officials have cost more than we have made at the gate.

For Football, the cost of admission will be $7 for adults and $3 for children and senior citizens. NCA students must pay to get into football games.

For Volleyball and Basketball games, the cost of admission is $5 for adults and $2 for children and senior citizens. NCA students are still admitted free into indoor sports.

NCA, FWF and Training Depot staff are free for all games.

House of Hope - August 31

The Crowley House of Hope is an emergency assistance organization for residents  of the 76036 zip code area and the Crowley ISD.  NCA gladly donates food and other products as needed to this wonderful organization.  House of Hope day falls on the last Thursday of each month.  Students that bring 3 canned goods or 3 other nonperishable food items are allowed to wear blue jeans and a Christian t-shirt or NCA t-shirt on our House of Hope days.  August 31 will be our first House of Hope day of the new school year.

NCA to Boston - May 26 - 29, 2018

All high school students are invited to join us for a trip to Boston, Massachusetts,  next May, 2018.   Cost includes airfare, hotel, most meals, entrance fees, etc.  We'll get to visit historic places including Plymouth Rock, enjoy whale watching and maybe take in a Boston Red Sox game!  Contact Mrs. Glidden if you have any questions.  Parents are also welcome to join us.
Business Office News

There are three different sizes of lunch offered to the students.  They are a Cub ($3), Regular ($4), and a Lion ($5).  We also offer a snack card that is separate from the lunch card. This allows students to purchase side items and some individual entrees.  Snacks are $2.  Everything must be purchased a week at a time at a minimum.  There is more information about our lunch program by clicking on this link.

Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of each month.  If not paid by the 6th of each month, a $15 late fee will be applied.  An additional $25 late fee is applied if not paid by the $25 of the month.

Semester and annual tuition is due by August 15.
