Get out of the office and visit the Westown Farmers' Market today from  10 am to 2 pm in Zeidler Union Square! Grab lunch from one of our many food trucks and local restaurants or shop the local produce and art vendors. Meat on the Street will make their debut at the market today serving authentic Filipino food. Ela Orchard will also be returning to the market today!

The Charles Walker Band Hits the River Rhythms Stage Tonight!

Originally formed as a blues band 15 years ago, the Charles Walker Band has refined their sound into Neo-Funk, a style of music that features funk infused rhythms with pop melodies. This three-piece band has been featured on Fox News, NBC live and the Morning Blend, and has also opened for national acts like Earth, Wind and Fire, B.B. King and Richard Marx.

This free, weekly concert series, presented by Miller Lite, takes place in Pere Marquette Park every Wednesday through 
August 30th  from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm.


Miller products, a Ciroc cocktail, wine and soda will be available at the Westown Beverage tent with all proceeds benefiting the free event. Patrons will also have a variety of food options available, so it is advised to come hungry!
