Hotel Booking Tips for NuTravel
Before booking a hotel in NuTravel please be sure your profile contains:
- A credit card to guarantee the reservation
- A valid home phone number (you can enter your cell number in both the home and mobile phone fields)
- Any loyalty program numbers in which you are enrolled (make sure the name on your loyalty programs matches the name in your profile)
The best way to search hotels is by airport. You can enter a keyword from the name of the hotel to narrow your search but if the hotel name does not match how the hotel is listed in the system the hotel will not show in the results. Keep your search criteria as wide open as possible. Once the results come up, you can narrow the results by hotel chain.
