Congratulations to Brooke for being Employee of the Month. Brooke works in the office as a Customer Service Rep. Get to know her by reading through our Q & A session:

1) What is your role at Dr. Shrink? "My official title is 'Customer Service Representative' here at Dr. Shrink, but I wear a lot of hats. It's an ever-evolving work experience for me, but it keeps me on my toes! I answer phones, deal with in-person customer transactions, international shipments, freight bill auditing, and so much more!"

2) Before working at Dr. Shrink, what was the most unusual or interesting job you've ever had? "Before hiring into Dr. Shrink, I was a waitress/bartender. 'Interesting' is definitely a good adjective for that profession! (haha)"

3) What is the most important thing you've learned in the last 5 years? "The most important thing I've learned in the last 5 years is to roll with the punches and continually try to better your life. Life will throw some fun, unexpectedly life-changing things at you, so be ready when they come, and take a chance! You never know where you'll end up!"

4) Do you have a favorite quote? "A quote that's been instilled in me from a young age has always been 'whatever is meant to be, will be'. It applies to so many of life's situations and there's a certain level of peace you get when you keep the mind-set it carries."
Dog of the Month: Zoe Polcyn
Here at D r. Shrink, Inc. we are an animal friendly office (to say the least!) and our pets are part of our family. There are 6 dogs and an office cat that roam around on a daily basis, so we decided we should introduce them to you. You may have heard a few of the more vocal dogs through the phone when you call. We are featuring each of our dogs so you can put a face with the voice!

Meet Zoe - Ryan Polcyn (Dr. Shrink's VP of Sales/Marketing) is Zoe's owner. Zoe turned 10 years old in June and is a very spunky, carefree member of the Dr. Shrink family. She likes to be heard and it always up for a game of fetch outside. She also loves the water and charging through doors with her head. We all love our special little Zoe!

Zipper Door Boat

Dr. Shrink's Zipper Access Doors allow access into your covered object and are taped on after the cover is shrunk.

Use a film knife to cut the inside of the U-shaped opening for access into the shrink wrapped object. They are made with double-pull zippers and are available in blue, white or clear.
