Truly "Friends For Life"
Another shout-out to a couple of amazing Friends For Life:
  • One of the Crew vehicles stopped to help a couple with car troubles during their road trip around Prince Edward County. In an exchange of good deeds, the couple made a $50 donation to the Friends For Life Bike Rally.

You never know what a random act of kindness will get you!

Enjoy the Kingston nightlife and be ready to hop back on your saddle in the morning!
You all looked amazing in your fabulous red outfits and your big smiles! What a sight! Our journey is half over already but there is so much more left of it, so embrace it.

Tips for Tomorrow
  • Enjoy your night in Kingston tonight, but remember - we're back on the road tomorrow for the final 3 days of outdoor living.
  • Before coming down for breakfast, get dressed in what you'll be wearing for the day, pack up your belongings into your bins, and leave your bikes and gear in your rooms until we get ready to depart Kingston.  There will be a lot of activity during our gathering at breakfast that you won't want to miss.
  • Tomorrow morning we'll recognise this year's Top Fundraisers at breakfast, and the Mayor of Kingston will join us, too!
  • Day 4 is also Pimp Your Helmet or Hat Day - so let your creativity flow and decorate those helmets.
  • Before you leave for the day, help us conserve our water supply and fill up your water with Kingston's finest tap water! We will still supply Gatorade if you need it.
  • Both break stops along today's route will be attended by local Scotiabank branch employees. Be sure to thank them for their support and tag @Scotiabank on Instagram and @ScotiabankViews on Twitter.
  • While it is an enjoyable ride along the Thousand Island Parkway, it can be busy, so please stay off the road and use the bike path.
  • Pay attention to where we'll be setting up our village at camp. For you returning Participants, we'll be camping in a new location! You will be directed once you arrive at camp. Food and Rustler areas will not be affected.
  • Tomorrow night will also be the Candlelight Celebration. Remember: If you would like to speak at the ceremony, please see Todd Davies, Ted Robinson or Mike Twamley.

PWA's Friends For Life Bike Rally is the sustaining fundraiser of the Toronto People With AIDS Foundation. The experience of the Bike Rally promises to have a profound impact on the lives of every Participant.
