Interview with Deb Pritchard, Golf Pro at Minnedosa Golf & Country Club

What does your company do?Minnedosa Golf _ Country Club 

Located just 35 minutes north of Brandon on the #10 highway is one of the most beautiful valleys in Manitoba. Some of the most picturesque view yo u will find are on the Minnedosa Golf & Country Club, an 18 hole course that offers two distinctly different 9's. It offers all golfers a true test of skill while still providing genuine enjoyment. Carved out of the valley, our course offers elevation changes of over 120 feet with breathtaking views from some of our unique elevated tees.  

 

How did you get the idea for your business?
The original layout of the Minnedosa Golf Club was on a section of land now referred to as "the old fair grounds". It was in operation for about 45 years before a new 9 hole layout, now playing as the course's existing front 9, was built and opened in 1976. The current back 9, holes 10 to 18, was opened in 2005 after the club's members undertook a major fundraising campaign to help fund the expansion.
