Questions often arise regarding the topics of communication and transparency between boards and their members.  This presentation will focus on the legal and practical considerations of communicating with members and touch on many relevant topics, such as methods of communication, helpful tips for holding board meetings, what type of notices must be given, and the use of e-mail and unanimous written consent.
