Community Employment Training Series

August 23 & 24, 2017 and October 11 & 12, 2017

The field of Rehabilitation in Iowa is changing! The demand for integrated community employment is growing! The ACRE-approved IA-APSE training series will help you gain the skills required to meet the needs of the job seekers you support. 

There are three parts to the training. Foundations Self-Study which will be sent to you shortly after you register. (Register early so you have the optimal time to complete it at your leisure as it is best if it is completed prior to the first face-to-face you are attending!)

The second component, the 2-day face to face Job Development training will held August 23^rd and 24^th  2017.  It meets 9:00-4:00 each day.

The third component, the 2-day face to face Job Coaching training will be held October 11^th and 12^th 2017.  It meets 9:00-4:00 each day.

This training Series was recently re-certified by The Association of Community Rehabilitation Educators (ACRE) the only organization that certifies curriculums for community Rehabilitation Personnel.
