Church in a Parking Lot!
Annual Classic Car & Bike Show
Sunday, July 9th-
A Fund Raiser for the Tiny Cottage Village
This Sunday, July 9th, Ekklesia will again meet as a group in the parking lot of
That One Place restaurant to serve and connect with our community! This event will serve as a fund raiser for the Tiny Cottage project that Ekklesia has been involved with. We will host over 75 classic cars and motorcycles who will pay a $20 entry fee. Ekklesia people will sell t-shirts, water, baked goods and just connect with many people in our community. We will also meet interested people who might want to partner with our tiny cottage project. We will need help from everyone to set up the event starting at 8am. We will need to set up tables, canopies, and a bouncy house. Many of the tables will sell bottled water, t-shirts, baked goods, raffle tickets and a "Homes For All" display table. Thanks for all your help. This is always a great way to connect with our community and be Jesus in a parking lot!
Tiny Cottages built in May
We are hoping to raise over $5,000.00 at the Car Show event. All proceeds will go to.the development of the Tiny Cottage Village for homeless Kitsap County residents. The United Way is handling all the donations which will make all donations tax deductible. Ekklesia members will be helping in many ways with this event and will be a great way to meet many people in our community!
