Dear GW-CEPL Alumni and Friends,

What are the characteristics of a great leader?  Leadership is not simply about  title or position-- it requires much more...  How do you become that leader others not only respect, but willingly follow?

Our 2-day Emerging Leaders Workshop, running from Sept. 19-20 will not only help you recognize and assess your personal leadership behaviors and their effectiveness, but also practice key management and supervisory skills in a safe setting of fellow peers.

Using the insights gained from your Leadership Practice Inventory assessment results, you will get the opportunity to with our stellar faculty team,  Dr. A.J. Robinson  and  Betsy Caine  to draft an  Individual Development Plan (IDP), charting your career and leadership growth through your current organization and beyond.
