Positive Office Trends in King of Prussia
KOP Continues to Attract New Companies, Bisnow Reports

In Q2 of 2017,  King of Prussia saw 394K SF of positive absorption, including the delivery of a new 110K SF building for GeoBlue and Hartford Funds moving into a 76K SF office.

Both companies moved to KOP. These strategic moves reflect the current climate of the area. The expansion of the King of Prussia Mall, as well as the successful development of King of Prussia Town Center are creating a respectable live-work-play environment in the suburbs.

theconnector Helps the Commute for Better Jobs
Shuttle Service Provides Important Link to King of Prussia

Job seekers coming from Philadelphia have a better option when looking at companies in King of Prussia. Studies cited in a recent Philadelphia Inquirer article highlighting the increase of reverse commuters to jobs in the suburbs pointed out that lack of transportation is the biggest hurdle to employment and that half of residents in North and West Philadelphia do not have access to private vehicles. As the largest employment center outside of Philadelphia, what options do daily commuters have once they get to the area using public transportation?

theconnector shuttle service provides a reliable link between the King of Prussia business community and public transportation service hubs. Approximately 15% of the workforce within walking distance from a shuttle stop commute from Philadelphia, which makes up the largest commuting population to these job centers. theconnector allows this large group of employees to get out of their cars and take public transportation knowing they have a shuttle that will cover the last mile of their commute to work.
