Troilus and Cressida

Heroes, kings, lovers, and clowns expose the follies of war with sardonic insight and cynical wit. A mythic who's who of classic heroic characters-Hector, Ulysses, and Achilles along with the lovers Troilus and Cressida-come face to face with stark realities after a years-too-long military conflict. A satirical, farcical, and sometimes tragic comedy only Shakespeare could deliver, and a rare opportunity to see it. Ages 13+

Incendio began in 1999 as a combination of Jim Stubblefield, Jean-Pierre Durand and Liza Carbé's talents in the classical, jazz, rock, flamenco, Celtic and bluegrass genres. Its songs each offer a taste of their unique sound created by fast-paced acoustic guitar playing, synthesizer and different kinds of percussion, all with song titles to convey some deeper meaning or idea behind the melody. As a returning Levitt Pavilion performer, Incendio offers soothing, romantic melodies and songs with fast beats that make you want to dance.

As You Like It

All the world's a stage in one of Shakespeare's most popular and rollicking comedies. Following some courtly mishaps, Rosalind, her cousin Celia, and the clown Touchstone escape to the Forest of Arden and revel in nature and the seemingly simple life. As love notes grow on trees and romance rules the land, wit and wrestling, poetry and music create a rare theatrical enchantment. Ages 8+

The Three Muskeeters

Alexandre Dumas' timeless tale springs to life as the young D'Artagnan discovers honor amid international intrigue and high-stakes adventures. Returning to the director's chair at PSF is world-renowned fight choreographer Rick Sordelet, whose credits include Broadway, Disney, The Metropolitan Opera and the Royal Opera House. Ages 7+

Trajectory Heart Project" that has been traveling throughout the Lehigh Valley and been at the heart of workshops, galley shows, and mentoring events in downtown Allentown thanks to Penn State and City Centre.
At the Movies: "The Hero;" You may recognize Sam Elliott's deep baritone from the many voiceovers he's done for commercials. With "The Hero," the longtime actor, who will be 73 in August, may be recognized with an Oscar actor nomination for his role as a washed-up movie star whose fortunes turn around even as he faces a life crisis. The film also stars Laura Prepon, Nick Offerman and Katharine Ross (Elliott's real-life wife). Paul Willistein of the Lehigh Valley Press reviews the drama-comedy.
