Welcome to The Family!
Pastor Ulysses Stephen King, Jr., Lady Tiffany E. Grant King, and the Memorial Tabernacle Family welcome you to the family. We invite you to become a member of a family of believers God is using to "reach to teach, teach to change" one person and one block at a time. We pray you will choose to attend the reunion to receive the love God has given us to give to you specifically! #Galatians610 #HarvestTime #HolySpiritRestatMTC
Our Mission...
The Memorial Tabernacle Church has come together by the Holy Spirit for the specific purpose of preaching and teaching the word of God, (the Bible), and about Jesus Christ, God's son, and to proclaim the gospel of the Kingdom of God to the North Oakland Community and its environs; to bring healing to the brokenhearted and deliverance to the oppressed.

Summer Rains!
A Special Invitation from Pastor Beginning this Sunday, and every Sunday thereafter until the end of September, come expecting a revival.
Yes, every Sunday is "Revival Sunday" at Memorial Tabernacle Church. Invite and bring those who need to hear about Jesus, friends and family, the sick, and anyone in need of a spiritual refreshing and deliverance to our services at 10:30 A.M.
Hear the anointed preached Word delivered by our Pastor, pastoral staff, and guests speakers throughout the summer. God is doing a "new thing" at MTC. We are believing God for one hundred souls coming to Christ.
Join us each Sunday during the Summer Rains! |

Notes From Sunday's Sermon
"GOD IS COMPLETELY WORKING IN ME" (
Philippians 1:3-6)
Download Sunday's Bulletin
here.
There are two things I want to share with you today: First, God is working in you now; and second, God will finish His work later. If you have given your life to Jesus, then God started a great work in you through His Holy Spirit. God who started this great work in you will keep at it, the apostle Paul said.
God will not give up on you. He is going to keep at it every
day-shaping you, molding you, helping you, guiding you, forgiving you, strengthening you, giving wisdom to you, correcting you, teaching you and providing for you.
God IS working in you now! Yes, even this very moment. We've offered songs to Him in worship. Does that mean God is working in me? Yes, it does! You're listening and singing t
hese songs and allowing them to fill your heart with praise. You're listening to me right now as I share God's Word, does that mean God is working in me? Yes, it does! You're listening and taking it in, these words are meant to give you hope.
Clearly, God is working in each of us, even at this very moment; but His work is not complete. He is going to "keep at it and bring it to a flourishing finish on the very day Christ Jesus appears" (Philippians 1:6).
In reality, all of us should be wearing a sign today that says "Under Construction." Praise God! He's not finished with me yet! He's still working, even this very day. There is no quitting in God. He never gives up and never gives in. He is your greatest fan.-- USK
Because of Christ,
Pastor Ulysses Stephen King, Jr.
